there was a boy 14 one of my friends who has been left in a coma after becoming tangled on a ski lift and strangled during the half term trip to a ski resort with the school.
will he be able to claim compensation ? it seems like a very serious issue
if so he should be able to claim thousands and thousands ? the safety guards on the ski lift broke ?

usually schools make you sign a waver, so you can not suit the school; however his parents may be able to sue the ski resort.
