The car accident was my fault. They complained of back injuries and chest pains. They were asked if they needed to go to the hospital but they signed something saying they didn't need the hospital to get checked out. Am I still liable? How will I know?

Call your insurance company and ask them.

Yes, since it was your fault. Injuries do not always manifest themselves right away. It can be three or four days after the accident.

You'll have to wait and see if they sue you, but they'd have a hard time proving liability if they refused treatment at the scene. They might have a case if they saw a doctor within a day or two of the accident but after that it's extremely difficult to prove that any problems are directly related to the accident.

They can get your insurance information from the police report and file a claim. Your insurance company will contact you.

yes you are liable, they can go to the hospital when they feel the need, doesn't mean they weren't hurt or are trying to get over on you.

Yes, you are still liable. This happens all of the time. Report the accident to your insurance company and let them handle it for you.
