This past weekend a pizza delivery rear ended me at a stoplight. The police never came so there is no police report or anything. The damage is not severe but I take care of my car and want it fixed. I have full coverage should I just call my insurance company and give them the info she gave me(name plate etc)?

Call your insurance and give them all the info.

you didn't call the police? okay, well you should go to the police station now and see if you can fill out an accident report. your insurance company is definitely going to want a copy. then call your insurance company and file a claim.

You only call your own insurance company if you want them to cover it. It was her fault, you go through her insurance company. You call them, tell them what happened, give them her info and go from there.

If the other driver was at fault, you should contact her insurance company. They will interview you over the telephone, taking all pertinent information. Later, you'll have to bring your car to their office so their claims adjuster can assess the damage for himself. Then, he'll either make a settlement offer or tell you where to take your car for repairs, which they will pay for.

Call your insurance (you should've done it at the time of the incident)....if it was the other guys fault, they'll deal with his insurance to pay out. You pretty much report it with all the details, they'll do the rest.

Well, since you were rear-ended, you have 2 options.
1.) You can either pursue your damage through your own insurance and pay your deductible. Your insurance company will then subrogate against the pizza driver's insurance for reimbursement so that you can get your deductible back.
Your 2nd option, is to go directly through his insurance. To do that, you will need to contact that company directly and file a claim. If you go that route, your deductible will not apply. They should cover a rental vehicle for you while you car is in for repairs.
Whichever option you choose, you can have the car repaired anywhere you wish. Most insurance companies have partnerships w/ body shops and will guarantee the work for as long as you own the car. The shops are really good and if you don't already have one in mind, you should give them a try.
