Hi. Do you mean a lawsuit????? If so, a lawsuit settlement for a car accident is usually 3 times what the medical bills total up to be. Your car has nothing to do with it because that is taken care of by auto insurance. When i got into a accident i got about 3 times what my medical bills came to, my lawyer said that's how they determine a settlement. It takes a long time to get the money tho ( took me about a year and a half before i got a check ). In the meantime, i had to pay all my medical bills ( they won't wait for the money ). So basically you're getting reimbursed for the bills you pay, then the rest is extra. Unless you are hurt really bad, it's not a lot of money. Good luck :-)
