5 years ago I had serouse problem with my finances and I didnt know where to go and get advise. Everyone suggested that best place is Citizens Advise Bureau. Me and my husband went there and there were man who told us what to do and took care of our case. First of all he told us to return keys for our morgage company and key for our car to finance company and go for a bunkropcey. We followed what he said but I couldnt push myself to go for bunkrupsie. Me my husband and 2 kids was left without house without money without car and all this finance companies still after money and we are still in bad situation. House that we bought for £39 000 been sold very quick by morgage people for £89 000. If I knew that we are allowed to sell that house we would do that ourselves and be better off with finances, but we have been told by that man we are not able to sell that house. How I can find solicitor to be on our side. We cant efford to pay for their services. Spoke to local parlament member, but they can do anything against Citizens Advise Bureau. and spoke to some law companies their answer was the same cant make any complaints against Citizens Advise Bureau
All this time I was trying to sort this problems, but I have a feeling that something there was wrong and I believe that was wrong advice from CAB

1) CAB is a free service. You have no legal contract with them
2) They provide advice. The choice is ultimately yours.
3) Why are you raising this after five years?
