I was in an accident. I didn't have insurance and the other driver did. He was at fault for the accident and the police report says so also. I got cited for no insurance and my car got towed.
Everyone is saying I still can make a claim against his insurance company even without insurance because it was his fault.
How would I go about making a claim to his insurance company. I know they will try to screw me over and try to screw up my story. But any help is appreciated....

you should have received all his insurance info from the police at the scene. call the number that was given. they will ask for his policy number and the police report number. give them this info which you received at the scene. they will ask you what happened and just tell them.
