I have been subjected to numerous Discriminatory actions taken against me in Reprisal for my filing claims under the Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA), and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Even my supervisors' superiors have taken some "corrective" actions for the "blatant" actions of these supervisors, but still the Reprisals have continued.
Written complaints to the Department of Labor and OSHA (Whistleblower Act), have been ignored so far.
Anyone know of how to get "action" on these Reprisals?

You may have to sue. Retribution against employees for pursuing rightful claims under the acts you mention is illegal, but the DoL probably doesn't have the interest or the power to enforce your rights - you may have to do if yourself. If you're unionized, contact your union rep. If not, contact a labor attorney.

As you already know, reprisals for exercising your rights are wrong. Public policy says you are able to stop them, and perhaps collect money for damages.
The place to go is to a good labor lawyer. BUT be careful to go to one who represents individuals, not companies. Check out www.martindale.com, an excellent online reference listing lawyers by location and specialty.
