I am familiar with Workman's Compensation in terms of specific accidents that occur while on the job. But I would like to know if an injury that occurs over time such as tendonitis or carpal tunnel can be claimed under Workman's Compensation?

I believe so, but injuries like this can be difficult to prove what the cause was. Definitely pursue it.

Yes...tendinitis or carpal tunnel could be filed under worker's comp. This would be filed under a "cumulative trauma" injury, meaning the injury developed over time from the job. This would be especially true if the work involved repetitive activities or long exposure.

Good luck.
