While I was pregnant, my 5 year-old daughter and I were rear-ended. I was injured; she was not. Because of my injuries, I was not able to actively care for her. I was forced to hire a stranger to assist in transporting her to/from school and activities, preparing meals, and keeping her occupied once school released for her break.

No, she has no injury. However, keep record of the expenses you incurred as a result of your injury, and YOU may be compensated for these replacement services. Speak with the adjuster handling your claim for validation of my opinion.
