It depends if it went wrong due to negligence.

Also, when you sue the NHS, the money comes out of the NHS, stripping it of funds and meaning a lot of people go without treatment they need as the NHS is already underfunded.

Yes but It depends on whether it's the surgery or the aftercare. And you need proof.

Im pretty sure you can. Although if you signed a delaration or consent form beforehand that stated that there was a chance the op could go wrong, it may hinder your case

Everyone has to sign a cnsent form whenthey have surgery and they are explained the possible risks of having the surgery. However if there was negligence and it can be proved then you can otherwise you can't.
