my brothers car was in an accident with a car with one pearson in it.The insurance people contacted him and told him the driver said there were two others in the car claiming for whiplash.Now he has to go to court to testify,if found guilty of fraud what punishment would the driver and/or the other two liars get?

Possibly jail time, but definitely hefty hefty fines. It is a very serious offense.
