due to this accident the employers let one go with out anything and on top of that one was humiliated by the Employer for have suffered an accident.

Providing the accident wasn't their fault (e.g. failing to abide by rules etc), then i think they would be entitled to compensation. I know thats not much help, sorry!

sounds like the accident was the employee's fault. medical bills, if any, should be paid, that's about it. compensation for what? you've left something out.
