I have had a weak neck that continually gets strain and swells leading to trapped trigger spots in my shoulder for over 13 months. I have had sciatica to the point where it originally was so severe that my brain refused to accept I had a right leg.
I can tolerate the pain to a point of being insensitive to some of it but know that this will always remain through some kind of alteration in my spinal order.
I believe that later in life I shall know the full storey of what happened that day but for now have no idea as they wouldn't stump up the scan fee.
I have been offered £2800 12 mths after the crash and have turned it down.
At points I had frozen shoulder, had to have accupuncture and still have to buy nurofen to ease my neck. The sciatica comes with movement that is not thought about (spontaneous).
Can anyone help on a figure that is fair when I haven't a clue on wether my back has recieved compression or jolt of a nature to loosen discs etc.
Are there set sums?
I already have a solicitor and what he has advised me to take is substantially less than what I have seen whilst researching on the net.
I believe there are average amounts that are paid for things like this and minimum amounts for permanent injury which start at figures above what has already been offerred.
Are there any lawyers out there that can put an average figure into the breach?

You need a lawyer bad. Insurance payoffs are usually up to a certain amount and you wouldn't be able to go beyond that point. If you need to go for disability you will have to actually sue the peron who injured you and not the insurance company. Take all your medical records to a good ambulance chaser and they will be happy to help you for their share of the money.
