How to move up in claims?

so right now i am working as a claims adjuster and will soon be getting licensed. At this point I am becoming interested in working with an attorney's office handling auto accidents. Does anyone know what steps I have to take to make this happen? or has anyone started in claims and moved on to something similar? please share your experiences.

Most attorneys office prefer to hire an experienced adjuster.

Your best bet is to get hired by an insurance company and work handling bodily injury claims for a few years. Then apply to attorney offices.

However, you will find, that the insurance company pays you more than an attorney will. But it's your choice.

You'll need more experience. Get into Bodily Injury or Litigation, this is normally what attorneys work with.
