Well long story short, we bought a home in nsw had water for about 9 months, but now she is holding the water from us will not sign it over, our solicitors had nothing about water in the contracts hers or ours. however it was advertised as having town water also have a letter from her stating the water should be in our name now, from back in november, we have five children and only a 500 gallon tank we have had to get water carted now for the past 4 or 5 weeks and to get our own water supply would cost $ 8000 we dont have that, we are having to buy water every three or four days now any suggestions.
