I have 2
1) At Buca di Beppo, it took us forever to get our food. It wasn't that busy, and everybody around us was eating, even those that came in later than us. We ended up only having to pay for the main course and not our sides or drinks. We had to wait for like 45 minutes!
2) At Claim Jumper, I noticed a spot at the bottom of my coffee cup. At first I thought it was a coffee ground, but then it didn't move when I picked at it with my finger. So I told the waitress. She replaced my coffee, but then the manager came over and was all "are you ok?" I got my coffee for free, and a free dessert. This killer choclate pizza roll thing oh my gosh it was so good.

Entire meal for 9 including desert, drinks, meal...They lost our order ticket and didn't notice for an hour and a half..even after we kept asking about it.

at a chili's in waco, texas, my steak came to the table well done, and i'd ordered rare. i was with a party of five, and everyone else ate while i waited for my new, hopefully rare steak. the manager, obviously very observant,came to the table, made our meals complimentery, and gave us all a coupon good for a free steak dinner anytime we were ready to come and eat. we thanked him, and i left the bumbling waiter a 10 dollar tip. he helped, afterall.

I was once in a truck stop for breakfast and found a huge catterpillar in my tomatoes. The manager gave me a refund and offered me a free (new) breakfast I said OK as long as there is no tomatoes.
