I recently opened a claim on Paypal. To make a long story short, I received a broken item, opened a dispute, and apparently reached an agreement with the seller - they told me to send the item back, and they would refund me. I shipped it back, but haven't heard from the seller in weeks. I filed a claim with Paypal that ends in a few days - apparently the seller hasn't responded yet. If I end up winning but Paypal can't get me my refund because there are no funds in her account, is there anything else I can do to try to get my money back?

Usually a seller account is tied to a bank account, and they will get the money...
They cannot do a damn thing with their account until the claim is paid....
