I have now got a permanent scar on my face. I have been advised to sue on No Win No Fee but I am afraid if I lose that it will cost me money. Has anybody got any experience of this or any advice?
Actually Gep it was at night and raining and the car park was not lit. I always try to be helpful on here not critical. It must be nice to be so perfect

Actually, it's just sad that you weren't looking where you were going and now want to sue someone.

The name No Win, No Fee, means exactly that. If they take your case on and you don't win, they don't charge you any fee. So you don't have to worry about that. Phone one of the companies to find out the criteria, so you know if you have a case. I would also suggest that you phone Citizens Advice Bureau, to find out which would be the best way to go.
These no win no fee places often recommend you to settle for a small sum, so that they are almost guaranteed that you win. So you may well be better to go with an "ordinary" lawyer, where you could get a better return. They won't take you on unless theyre convinced you will win, but you would likely get a better pay out and can pay your lawyer from the award.
To the above poster, there shouldn't BE potholes in carparks in the first place.
