this is an appeal court judgment seeking payment from judgment debtor who has a counter claim on the same case, which has not been addressed yet meanwhile the plaintiff's lawyer has taken up a committal order for non payment of the so far declared judgment

You will need to get another lawyer to sue the first lawyer.
Do not let what- GarisHal- says scare you. I know of several people who have sued their lawyer due to negligence and won. It's more commonly done than you would think.

Drop the lawyer and file damages against him for negligence.
