A solicitors firm could have applications software specifically written out for them by a computer programmer. Give reasons why they have chosen not to consider this.

Ok, firstly, u sure this isn't BCS or Business studies? but anyway One reason could be that a Solicitors firm may not want an independent programmer because he would then know the loopholes to get in and breach security, and secondly it would probably be more expensive for them to hire someone out.
