I have a friend that was injured on the job and she filed worker comp. And three weeks and two days later they released her from her job due to the worker comp doctor not being able to release her back to work. They than gave her a letter stating they laid her off due to the doctor not releasing her for health reasons. Can anyone give me advice to give to her please.

she needs to talk with a worker's comp lawyer in her state. It is not unusual for someone with a workers' comp claim to be fired or laid off.
