Lynn comptroller 'willing to pay back' extra salary
LYNN - Assistant City Solicitor James Lamanna on Friday said he told Comptroller John E. Pace on Feb. 17 that Pace's status as acting CFO - and the added pay that went with it - expired the previous day when the City Council voted to rescind a motion to remove city Treasurer Richard Fortucci as city chief financial officer.
