I was recently rear ended. My car was totaled and i recieved injuries to my head. I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and got some staples for a cut on my head. They did a cat scan but it did not show anything. should i expect to get compensation for my injuries other than paying my medical bills.

You should get your car replaced and hospital bills paid. That's it!

Nope, you will get your medical bills paid and maybe if you are lucky a day or two of pay from loss wages.

It depends on the insurance coverage.

depends on if you have a attorney for one, if you dont get one, otherwise expect next to nothing from the insurance agency..also you can claim that the wreck has had some psycological effects on you and you are not able to use the restroom without thinking your the pope!@ lol jk ing...but also if you had to take off of work you should be compensated for that and for your vehicle.. but a attorney will try and get you as much as possible so they can take a percent of it..which will probably be a good chunk of money for you.. and you deserve it

You'll get the book value of your car. The other driver's insurance company has to cover your medical bills. If you missed an work they can cover lost wages, any possible future medical tests or treatment--surgery, chiropractic care, physical therapy. You may be able to get something for pain and suffering, only I'm not sure if they still do that one.
