Working through my solicitor my employers admitted liabilty and made a first offer, which I rejected with a counter offer. They wrote back with a second offer which my solicitor advises is still on the low side (but not by much). As I am doing this in the uk using No win no fee, I am aware that I will have to pay costs if any future offer is lower than the second one. This is making me nervouse. My solicitor has advised me that I should carry on. What would you folks advise. Thanks

You advisor tells you to carry on because that may mean more money in his pocket.
You need to do what is best for you and not for your advisor. If you can't handle the stress then settle. You could go on and just waste your time. I would just settle. You decide what is best for you. No one else can. No one.

You're paying a solicitor. You've posted to the USA board.
Rather than taking free USA advice on a UK situation, you should follow the opinion of the professional you are paying.
