I don't even understand what you are trying to say. It sounds like you said you were arrested for DUI drugs. I don't understand the collision part. If you don't remember if there was or not why are you saying the police are lying? And how do you know that there wasn't a collision report?
If sounds like you being arrested is totally valid. You were taken to a hospital so how are you saying the police didn't care about your life? I'm confused.
It sounds like you were arrested for DUI and trying to find a way out of it. It sounds like everything was done right, except on your part. Why did you want to put innocent peoples lives at risk that day?

First of all your statements make no sense (are you still suffering from a concussion)?).. Second, you should be talking to a lawyer. Third, it's obvious you are out to get off the hook and blame the police (like so many do these days) instead of taking responsibility for your actions.

If you were at the hospital and the staff didn't think you were anything but just stoned then you didn't have a concussion. A concussion would be evident by an obvious external injury if it was caused by anything from the inside of a car.
Sounds like you were flying in more ways than one to make you black out. Depending on whatever drug you were on it could have the same effects as what you described including the headache. You didn't mention a swollen area or bruising, neck pain, nor ringing in your ears. Those are all signs of a possible concussion too.
Take a look at your "prescription" bottle and see if says "May
cause drowsiness."
BTW, empty beer cans in the car are illegal too. That is called having and open container.

I think art v hit the mark right on the head. You can still get a DUI for prescription drugs if those drugs impair your ability to drive. You state the arresting officer made no mention of your accident, what was preventing you from informing the hospital staff yourself. The crushed beer cans can still be viewed as a open container even though your BAC was within legal limits. A good attorney might be able to help you get the charge reduced, but it sounds like you are grasping at any plausible excuse to get out of this.

Apparently they seized the period key from your keyboard as well. That's messed up.

Do What ?

If you are injured, and taken to the hospital, blood is always drawn to see what is in your system. This is normal hospital procedure. You did not state what you were arrested for, so I can not comment on that. Since you stated memory loss, how can you make accurate accusations?. Your rights, were not violated.
