I got an Email from Bachem pharmceutical company ,UK saying that they have job openings and asked to answer some questions. I send my CV along with the answers.I have 4yrs exp in that field. after a week they replied that Iam selected and contrcat period is 5yrs.they gave the following address

but they said that I have to contact CARLTON CHAMBERS SOLICITORS (fee ranging frm$ 300-$ 700) for processing of UK work permit visa.could u tell me is this the correct process? how can I believe this matter?

The address doesn't exist. Once they have your money, you will never hear from them again. They will ignore any e-mails you send them. (Actually, I should say HE will ignore them, because this a scammer individual, NOT a real company). This is a typical UK SCAM.
