15/10/2008 Dear Winner,
RE: FINAL AWARD NOTIFICATION I REMINDER.
Congratulations! My name is Sarah Brighton, the Prize Director in charge of the London processing & claims office
of the Olympic Trust Prize Inc. On June 25th 2008 at approximately 16:45pm, we tried contacting you, but
unfortunately were unable to establish contact with you. Our failure to reach you has prompted us again to send you
this new correspondence.
Further to our letter dated June 10th, in which you were informed of your selection as a prize winner of our quarterly
FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS (US$ 50,000.00taward, we are still yet to receive any response from you. Every year
since July 6th 2005, when London were awarded the hosting rights for the 2012 Olympics, we enter 50,000 names
quarterly from different sweepstakes and lottery databases worldwide, and our network server indicates that you are
one of the seven randomly selected winners on June 2nd, 2008 for this quarter. It has been more than 60days since
you won, and you still have not claimed your winnings.
To elaborate further, this draw was held in the UK, where our head office is located. Your lot number drew lucky
numbers 6·11·27·40·47·65, which consequently won in the second category draw. However, if we do not hear from
you within 14days of the date of this letter, we will be left with no other choice than to close your file, this means
forfeiting your prize and not being allowed to claim your winnings any longer. Our main payment office for the US
region is located in Columbus, Ohio. This is where you will be receiving your winnings, which amounts to
US$ 50,000.00 DOLLARS.
To further, explain the Federal and International Tax Laws involving the personal collection of cash prizes. According
to these laws, prize winnings are released to the beneficiary once the clearance fee is deducted. That will be the day
that your cheque will be released from our remittance office. Now, your clearance fee is a calculated amount and is
required by Federal and International law. Note that once your clearance fee is deducted, you will receive the
remainder of your winnings in the form of a certified cheque.
For security purpose and clarity, we again strongly advise that you keep your winning information confidential, safe
until your claim has been fully processed, and your money remitted to you. This is part of our security protocol to
avoid double claim and unwarranted abuse of this program by some lottery players. So once again, Congratulations
to you! For more information and due to technical faults on our network, you can now contact your designated
processing officer Bradley Thomas, at our main London (United Kingdom) processing & claims office on 011-44798
6347767.
Yours Sincerely,
Sarah Brighton
