my car skidded off road on an interstate into a ditch, the sheriff told me the tires were the reason my car went the way it did. i got my car checked up by the dealer at 60,000 miles and said my tires had 15,000 left on it but my tires are nearly out of tread at 65,000 miles. can i get dealer compensation for wrongly advising me?

No.. 65,000 is past average life expectancy of OEM tires, and dealer was telling you there was only 15K left...He was telling you to buy new tires, and you misunderstood...
