No win no fee?

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me if there is a no win no fee lawyer for martine ie: problems about a company selling a ship then when a large deposit was paid went out of the deal taking the money and the ship. Sorry I explained it like this not really used to this matter thank you guys.

Yes, most lawyers in private practice are 'contingency fee' attornies as a matter of necessity in order to get business - they don;t get paid unless they win but will require clients to pay for administrative expenses if they can get away with it - the fee is from 30 to 40% of the eventual settlement. The fee should be less than 30% when the client is required to pay for administrative or other expenses and is negotiable in all cases.
