Need a free form, no fee, "quit claim deed" to download, complete, (fill in the blanks) & print from my workstation. Anyone have any ideas other than typing a complete document (preprinted wording & blanks) on Microsoft Word and printing?

Do a Google search, for gosh sakes. That's the solution to about 80 percent of these questions, you know.
BUT, and here's where the value to my answer comes in. Remember that old lawyer adage that goes: Anyone who practices law on behalf of himself has a fool for a client.
You are going up against some high-paid dudes at the bank, finanical lending, realtor(s) for both sides, the county and all future estates settlement lawyers.
Dig?

Don't worry, you don't have to pay for it. Just cut and paste into Word.
