so I was in a car accident, and I can't work for a few days because of that car accident, can I make a claim against the insurance company ? I drive a commercial truck, this lady hits me and put my truck in the shop for a month- which is about 26 works day. I can' work because my big rig is out. Can I make a claim against the insurance company for lost of works compensation ?

If they cannot provide you with a rental truck and your truck is used for work purposes, then yes.

You can rent a rig from Ryder. Call the claims adjuster ASAP and tell them you will need a replacement rig. Trust me, it will be MUCH easier to just keep on working vs trying to get compensated for missed work.

Yes, you can claim something on the insurance company due to the accident but I'm really not sure in the insurance company you are in if they will give you the exact compensation you missed.
