bascily on sat my mate rolled his car on a slip road 3 times , i was passanger in the front and as you can imagine got some injurys, we spoke and decided that we should claim compensation
he only has 3rd party, but would his insurance cover the cost off my compensation being a passanger : or will they expect him to dig into his own pockets

Put in a claim with your mate's insurance for medical costs plus pain and suffering.
