I'm sure that it doesn't matter whether you are middle aged or 25. As long as you have the training and the capabilities you can achieve whatever you want. Have you tried applying for jobs in law journals, even try applying for the big firms like Linklaters and Paines. However, applying for the post doesn't seem to be your real problem. From your question it seems as though your problem is with your age. You should remember that you are just as capable as any young girl.
