Usually not very good. They will only take cases that they are highly confident they will win with little to no work.

pretty good because they wouldnt be able to stay in business unless they won. Usually they take open and shut cases though or else they would just be gambling.

Generall speaking these firms will win 2/3 of their total cases they take on a contigency. The vast majority of the time a settlement is reached outside of court.
