I go to school in Boston, MA & I'm studying to be a legal assistant. But I wondered if the law offices give all or at least some of the federal holidays off.

I really have no idea but usually anyone who works for the government get federal holidays. I dont know if a seperation between federal and state exists. Honestly, I dont even know if the state is considered federal but I really needed some points.

Most law firms will give you at least New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas off, but there are still a few law firms that are closed whenever the courts are closed - which is all federal holidays.

This is entirely up to the attorneys who run the office.
