I am a juvenile going to driving court in new jersey, do I need lawyer?

I am a juvenile going to driving court for reckless driving and illegal passing, Do I need to get a lawyer or will I do fine representing myself? Also will they perform drug/alchol test if there were no drugs or alchol involved in the incident?

yeah i have my license, I said juvenile refering to being under 18.

When you say juvenile, what do you mean? Are you of legal age to drive?

They will not do drug or alcohol testing since it is after the incident and that would prove nothing.

You don't need a lawyer, but you might benefit from talking to one beforehand.
