it is a great chance that you will prevail in court. The judge realizes that you did not give him the money. Next time let him rot!

I would just write it off as a loss. it was wroth the money to find out he was a asss, and he wasn`t your friend in the first place, I hope the jerk gets in Jail and calls you pleading for you to come get him out, Tell him sure just wait I be right down, and then let his goofy asss set in there. your OK there were a few times in my life, I wished I had a friend like you. take care OK?

Answer by GREGORIOUSITY
You call him a friend so why take him to court you proved your faithfulness & he has sold a friend for $ 300
it is better that you be defrauded than you defraud. At least the next time he is in jail with a bail of $ 10,000
you won't throw your money down the drain. You did the right thing to prove & now he is proven.
