i was caught shoplifting from Macy's the other day.They ask me for my information name, address, and ID. i give all my information fake and i do not show them my ID because that day i forget my wallet in my house. no police was involved but i did have to sign papers saying that i cant attend the store for 2 years. They give me a civil demand for 325 bucks so what happens if i not have the money to pay? will i get into trouble if i dont pay that fee?

Dude....don't steal.
If you gave the wrong info, they can't find you. If you go back to the store (if they took your picture - then it will be hanging on their wall for the employees to see), and you are caught then I'm sure the police will get involved.
