I would like to be prepared, as the other driver wanted a $ 5000 settlement cash, and I am wondering how much info she can ask, about what, and from what sources (I have a couple of days)

I am no expert on insurance, but there is no reason for a claims adjuster to visit you if the accident is your fault. The other person with whom you had an accident with, goes to your insurance provider and asks how many estimates are needed, that person goes and gets the estimates and then gives copies to your insurance company along with a police report showing the accident was your fault, your insurance company sends out a claims adjuster, this person looks at the damage done to the vehicle and adjusts the claim to whatever. All your required to do is provide proof of insurance, the property damage part of your insurance should cover the damage.

Did she actually tell you she coming to visit? I thought something like that could be handled over the phone. Anyway, she will want to know all the details of the crash (driving speeds, driving conditions, types of traffic devices such as red lights, etc., and where each car was positioned at the time of the accident, to mention a few things.). She will want a police report, so if you don't have one, be sure to give her the name of the police department and the report number, if you have it. She will also want to see all the medical bills you have gotten so far, and the names and addresses of all your treating doctors and hospitals. And she will also want all the information you can give her for the other party, such as name, address, telephone, insurance company info and year, make and model of the other vehicle. If you don't have all of the information she needs, it's okay. Most of it will be on the police report. Just remember to be honest about everything.
