here it go,
I stopped the payment of my phone contract a WHILE ago (straight after i couldn't use my sim card anymore)and today I receive a letter from Solicitors saying :
"TAKE NOTICE THAT unless this account is paid in full or a satisfactory proposal for settlement is received by 29 Nov 08 Court proceedings may be issued against you without further notice.
(over £270)
...
PS : Court proceedings may involve you paying costs and will make it difficult for you to get credit if judgment is obtained against you."
I am leaving to SA the 3 Dec 08 and I dont want to pay.
Could I get troubles?
Would they be able to Not let me into the plane?
... ?
PS : someone is telling me that its all good and I'll still be able to get into the plane ...
and someone else is telling me that they wont let me into the plane ...
I really need to know what is going to happen to me (if i dont pay and go to the plane ...)
Please Help me
