I was wondering if someone could tell me if I were to go to traffic court and enter a plea of "no contest" or "no low", would it be better than paying off the fine of $ 135.00 before court?
This involves a minor fender bender no injury's , and a 100% no moving violations on my report.
I'm in Georgia, and have no clue as to the best way to go here.
I was shocked as to the fine imposed on me for "failure to yield" Pay now $ 135.00 or go to traffic court. When I asked if I could enter the above plea's...Sorry sir, we cannot advise you, contact the solicitor of court on court day.
So now, if I'm not allowed to plea, I pay the fine plus court cost. Is this a scam or what?
I knew I should have studied law...at any rate "thanks to all who
try" to help me ...

With that plea, you will still pay and be considered guilty anyway.
Yo may also have additional court costs added on for wasting the court's time.
