I recently was hit by a car backing out from a parking space in a parking lot. I was honking and the dirver reversed in to me. I had already reversed out of my spot and was waiting to put my car in drive making sure the person backing up would stop. I kept honking but they didnt. So, she denied it happening. She told my insurance that she did not hit anyone. And that she felt heard and saw nothing. There is damage in my vehicle the only witness is my passenger which insurance says is a biass witness becaus eshe was with me. Now, would a case like this my word against their word hold any validty? There is significant damage in my car and that cars paint is on it. BUt damages totaled up to $ 350 so its not even my deductable

If you don't have to pay on it I would just let it go. However, if you want to take it to court, I would try and request photos of the damage on both cars. If she hit you, there has to be damage on her car. I would also bring your passenger in to testify. If you can, try and get some secuirty guard who could provide tape. Unlikely, but it is worth a shot.
For $ 350, you may be ahead to ut your losses as it may not be worth the time it will take to go to court and make all of this happen.
Good luck.
