A woman calls in saying that her sister got married and got a divorce from her first husband. The husband was British and he went to Pakistan to get married to the sister. After the marriage, he was called over and after two years when her sister got indefinite, he divorced her. It has been 3 years since her sister was married and her son has come here as a visitor. They put a case in on January and the lawyer didnt give any advice and he said there is no need for an English divorce. They applied for a visa but after 6/7 months, they rejected it and now it is in an appeal. She now doesnt know why it was refused.
