Nick Browning is now being charged as a kid, or juvenile, and my mom said he'd probably be out of jail at 19 or 21 because then he'll be an adult..
I dont want someone who killed one of my best friends getting out of jail, especially when he'd still have so much time to live.
What do you think? If your a lawyer or anything like that please note it specifically what you do in your source thing. Thanks so much everyone.

being a juvenile in this case isn't the main factor, but the crime is. lots of factors besides age here. sorry about your friend.

The best person to ask: the judge hearing the case. Ask to be put on the prosecution's witness list for the penalty phase of the trial, then make your feelings known when you testify.

A person adjudicated as a juvenile can be held only until he turns 21.

If they wanted to imprison him for longer than that then he'd need to be tried as an adult, and - according to this news release... http://www.dreamindemon.com/2008/02/03/nick-browning-has-one-hell-of-a-tantrum-kills-4/ he is being charged as an adult.

Doubtful if hed get out at 19-21..you do know they transfer people to adult jails if there crime is long enough right?

If he got out that easy then I think that judge needs to be fire. Hes 15, not 5, he know what hes doing. no excuse.
