Will I need lawyer to get lien?
What will lawyer have to do to put lien on?
Can I do it myself without lawyer?

I only do this is I have to. Other suggestions also welcome. I really don't want to do this, but may have no choice. [This person is only person on the condo title, no other person involved].

It should've explained the whole process on the forms you filled out at the courthoouse when you filed. You don't need a lawyer, just go back to the courthouse and continue on the road you already started. Good luck, I hope this is all worth it! I know it was for me...

What you have to do is dependent upon the laws of the state in which you sued. Until you know what it is you have to do, you won't be able to determine whether you need a lawyer, a collection agency, or whether you can do it yourself.

Judgment enforcement, in some states, is up to the local sherrif.
