its brand new and i wanna try claim it on warranty can i do it? the screens not cracked at all just wont turn on :(

If you still have the receipt, then you have proof of how old it is. However you will not get replacement cost for it

it sounds like your mother board has been damaged,this will either be replaced or new laptop issued depending on your insurance or warranty cover,you will need to read the small print.
