It's been three weeks since I got hit, but I keep putting it off. I know I still have time, but exactly how much?
Yes, there is a police report, and yadda yadda yadda, record and switching information. But honestly, how long do I have before they stop considering and regect my claim?

The longer you leave it the longer it will take to get settled and questions may be asked by both insurance companies why you took so long.
