The accident was not my fault.. and we have not settled anything with the insurance company yet.. I was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if so what kind of compensation were you offered or did you get? I was not able to be treated for my injuries because of the fact that i am pregnant, and they could not do any kind of x-rays or anything.. any info is greatly welcomed

No one here can tell you. If you file a claim, you may get a little, you may get a lot, you may get nothing.

There's no "automatic" compensation just because you were in an accident.
Any payments would be dependent (heavily) on the state where the accident occurred, that state law, the injuries incurred, and any permanent disability.
You don't actually mention any injuries, which leads me to believe you don't have any, or they're very slight. The only thing you mention, is a diagnostic test . . .and if there was any REAL suspicion that you had a broken bone, they would XRAY you anyway.
The fact that you're pregnant, doesn't really affect anything, UNLESS your child is born with a physical problem definately caused by the accident - and that's not likely.
Yes, it's happened to me. I've been in a serious accident when 6 months pregnant with one child, and 8 months with another. The kids were born fine. I was sore (whiplash), but it goes away.
