Nope, they sure don't. They wait until all of your treatment is completed and then offer you a settlement, including your medical bills (depending on your state).
Just curious why you're asking? If you have outstanding medical bills that are going to collection, etc, report them to your health insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, etc. If you have Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or Medical Payments (Medpay) coverage on your own auto policy, they will pay for the bills.
