i had a car crash my passenger is claiming, i am a wrong in this accident. how much approx will my passenger get for whiplash.
straight after the crash we went hospital and they let her go in 1 hour with no medicines she only had a head ache, so not much injury not even sure if its whiplash just some pain in shoulder from seat belt.

a lot of insurance companys are not coming up with any money other than medical for soft tissue injuries/whip lash is soft tissue and you have to come up with doctor showing problems/gotta check the state laws
